  •        Male, born in 1964, bachelor degree. He is currently a member of Henan Calligraphers Association, Henan Provincial Calligraphy and Painting Society, and Zhengzhou Calligraphers Association.
  •       For more than 30 years, Sheng Qinghai has immersed himself in learning calligraphy, calligraphy theory and aesthetic theory, and has formed a free, flowing and steady personal writing style. Sheng Qinghai served in the army for fifteen years, twice won the third class merit citation, and is now a disabled soldier of the seventh grade. He is disabled but determined, he does not forget to actively participate in public welfare. He participated in the Spring Festival free Spring Festival activities held in Zhengzhou for 5 consecutive years, and was also invited to participate in the activities of writing Spring Festival for citizens held by Guancheng District, Zhengdong New District, Zhongyuan District, High-tech Zone, and Dahe Newspaper, and actively taught volunteer classes for retired old comrades, which was warmly welcomed by everyone.
  •      His calligraphy works have won many awards (partial) in 1996 won Best Work Prize in the Zhengzhou First Dahe Cup Spring-welcome Calligraphy Conference (the first on-site writing competition), in 2004, he won the second prize of Henan Provincial Construction Department Provincial Construction System, in 2019, he won the Calligraphy first prize of Zhengzhou Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission System "Welcome the National Event, Celebrate the 70th Birthday" ; In 2008, his works were included in the "Five Rings of Prosperity" organized by the Counsellor's Office of the People's Government of Henan Province and the Soong Ching Ling Foundation. In 2013, he won the third prize of calligraphy in the 5th "Safe Henan Cup Safety Production Knowledge Competition and Calligraphy and Painting Photography Series Competition" of the People's Government of Henan Province, in 2014 and 2015, he won the Outstanding Works Award of the 23rd and 24th Mass Calligraphy Works Exhibition of the Henan Calligraphers Association.
